Section 1. Qualification for membership 

1.A  Must be bonafide Biotechnology student of Rizal Technological University will be a member of this organization provided that upon enrollment for the first semester, he/she have paid the regular fees of:
  Membership fee – Php 25.00
  Batch t-shirt-         Php 150.00
  Outreach fee-        Php 40.00

The said fees will be counted for a whole academic year.

1. B   For the student to be completely recognized by the organization,
       he/she is required to be part of ORBITS one-day orientation  
       seminar every last week of June.
 
       (The outgoing officers are obliged to organize the above seminar)

  1.C   Must be a member of the ORBITS yahoo.group and official blogsite, 
        www.rtubiotechorg.wordpress.com

ARTICLE IV

Rights and Privileges of the Member

Section 1 The following rights and privileges shall be given to the members of the Orbits.
1.A The right to vote and to be voted in any elective position in the organization.

1.B The right to use ORBIT’S properties and facilities in accordance to the rules set by the Executive Committee.

1.C The right to submit their suggestions or petition provided, however,it should be presented in written form or thru ORBITS yahoo group or via www.rtubiotechorg.wordpress.com. The petition should be inclined to the organization’s mission and vision.
